How the Ovy App functions:

• Select your reproductive goal: “Contraception,” “Get Pregnant,” or “Track Pregnancy.”
• Pair your Ovy Bluetooth Thermometer once to facilitate automatic transmission of temperature data during morning measurements.
• Record your basal body temperature each morning before rising.
• Log additional cycle-related indicators such as cervical mucus, ovulation test results, PMS symptoms, sick days, and other relevant factors within the app.
